You are watching a "recording" of the results of queries made to the Outbound Index. Outbound servers are attempting to deliver mail to an ISP's inbound servers. The inbound servers are sending queries to the Outbound Index before accepting and processing each email. As you can see, the Outbound Index is responding to these queries (in this case, the query is basically asking if the domain and the server are an authorized match).

Red responses mean that the email is being rejected outright because the domain and the server do not match.

Green responses mean that the email is authorized and can be accepted.

As this display confirms, the Outbound Index is rejecting about 80% to 90% of the email coming from popular domains (Yahoo, AOL, MSN, Hotmail, etc.) because that email has been forged.
